Our Country operates and functions according to International Law.
It is our right to defend our Citizens and our Assets. However, we are a peaceful Country and we want to exist and function in harmony with other Countries.

• Our Citizens will be fully subsidized and all their medical costs for consultations, tests, treatments, surgical procedures, hospitalization and medication at the Paladin Hospitals and Clinics will be paid for.
• We are starting a range of Rehabilitation, Health and Wellness Centres all over.
• We are also going to take part in the “Mercy Ship” Programme wherein we shall have ocean vessels and aircraft carriers (long range passenger helicopters) that visit coastal destinations and where patients of that Country will be brought on-board for medical consultations, tests, treatments and surgical procedures all free of charge as Syno Aurelius will subsidize the costs.

• We are starting our own University, the Paladin International University. It is a distance-learning Facility consisting of 13 Faculties. We are also acquiring existing College and University Campuses where students can live, take classes ( presented interactively) and take part in Culture and Sport.
• We are establishing specialist Universities such as Sport Universities and Science & Technology Universities. We are establishing Centres of Excellence to have a valuable impact on various disciplines.
• As we value education our Citizens and their Children will be fully subsidized by Syno Aurelius for all their University costs at Paladin University or any other Syno Aurelius Educational Facility. and they will receive a monthly stipend to study ($2000 per month)

With the onset of globalization, the fourth industrial revolution, digital transformation, the internet, social media, communication without borders, trade without borders, cryptocurrencies, digital currencies, virtual companies, virtual offices, virtual employment it is almost natural that Virtual Countries will surface.

Because Virtual Countries do not have the same expenditures as a normal historic Country Structure, Virtual Countries can concentrate their efforts on the global community. It is imperative for a Virtual Country to have the same (or better) structure as a historical Country and to have the systems and processes to sufficiently support the Structure.

Our Citizenship is open to any interested person. Interaction and Communication have become global and we can communicate and interact through Telephonic Communication and Internet Communication We plan too install two Computer Systems. One will be a Supercomputer that supplies the phenomenal performance to our Research Department, for our Think tanks, and for our Trade Platforms.

The second system is a unique system developed just for our Internal Operational Functionality. Each Government Staff Member and each Civil Servant will receive an external device protected by biometric security that gives you immediate access to the Syno Aurelius Network through a USB port. We aim to become a paperless Society where every action is loaded on the network as a template document. Upon completion of any document, a copy is immediately forwarded to our enormous document archive server. Another copy will be forwarded to the immediate Supervisor of the Individual. The third copy is forwarded to a Standing Advisory & Oversight Committee strategically placed at each level for scrutiny and action. The system is so designed as to make actions easier and fluent but it also ensures productivity and effectiveness and is quality assurance at the same time.

This system therefore consists of many micro systems all of which make it a comprehensive yet functional system

The underlying idea started in the latter part of the Nineties, in 1999 when our current State President came to me and requested that I find a solution for the establishment of unfundable Projects where there isn’t a repayment possibility of a loan. He dearly loved his Country (Madagascar) and was desperately looking for solutions to their problems.

This research (over 12000 pages) combined with my previous work experience culminated in a research process which lasted for many years. With the onset of globalisation, the fourth Technological Revolution, the internet development and digital transformation other possibilities surfaced. Then Cryptocurrencies reared its head and became a success recipe. Cryptocurrencies are digital currencies. The Covid 19 pandemic with its lockdowns forced Companies, Banks and People to move to Virtuality.

We are not the first Virtual Country. My idea came when I listened to Simon Anholt’s presentation on Ted Talks. Simon is the author and creator of the Global Country Index (the World Country Index) that became a benchmark for risk evaluations.

We decided to approach the Virtual Country concept in a pragmatic and comprehensive manner wherein we will be a Benchmark or Acceptable Standard for other Virtual Countries. . Therefore our Political System (Constitutional Monarchy) conforms to some of the foremost Countries of the world.

Yes I think so. We underestimate the capacity of People to understand something. If we look at history, there were concepts that People couldn’t grasp, that we find strange but it is normally based on lack of knowledge. People used to think the earth was flat and if you travelled to the horizon you will reach the edge of the world and fall off. The notion that the earth was round and turning on it own axis was so unbelievable that persons who just voiced the possibility were burned at the stake! It was incomprehensible for people to even think you could leave earth and go to the moon. Now we are already exploring Mars that is millions of kilometres further than the distance between earth and the moon. And to top it all, we are preparing to start a colony on Mars!

Before the existence of facsimile machines we had to use telex machines with a ticker tape. Then telefax arrived and we were elated! When the Internet arrived it opened new worlds to us. When e-mail arrived we couldn’t believe at the ease of doing business locally and internationally

Voice over internet protocol opened the doors to Virtuality. Now you can communicate from your couch in your living room with a correspondent sitting on a couch in his living room in Alaska, Japan or Russia. The world opened and borders disappear.

We are an unique Country. But we are a Country like other Countries. We just don’t have a definitive territory, we have a domain. But lets look at what the top world dictionaries say what are the synonyms for the word domain: Syno Aurelius started in a peaceful way. It is a new era we are entering as the old requirements of the existence of a Country being aggression and war are not applicable. Historically the Primary Requirements for a Country came from the Treaty of Westphalia in 1648 which was a Treaty whereby the Countries wanted to curb the influence of Religious Groups and Religions and in the
process brought the idea of Separation of Church and State in effect. We all know that there definitely were no computers or internet in existence in 1648!

There are so many different opinions found in the different sciences ( Political Science, International Politics, Ontology, International Law, Admiralty Law, Merchant Law). We can debate and discuss the merits of each science. Everyone should research and read upon the historic developments.

I believe we are in a new era, a new age, a new page in history. We are setting clear benchmarks and standards for others to follow.

We want to build Theatres and Music Conservatories and Facilities for the daily practise, education and training of our Citizens.
We are establishing a Sport University, a Sport Academy, a Sport High Performance Unit and Sport Sponsorship Opportunities. We want to encourage and motivate those participating in sports and for the talented to reach new heights. We want to engage in Infra Structure Projects, Sustainable Development Projects, Commercial Projects, Programmes and Initiatives.

We do not have to do everything at once, but we operate methodically in a Structured manner to achieve our goals and objections. After all, Governments are run by People by Individuals. There are so many People who do not have gainful employment but who want to be employed and look after their loved ones.
