The Government of Syno Aurelius;
The Parliament of Syno Aurelius (Secretariat, General Assembly, Senators, Congressman, Legal Specialists, Ministers & Deputy Ministers);
The Judiciary of Syno Aurelius;
The Senior Executives of Syno Aurelius;
The Chancellors of State;
The Governors of State;
The Inspectorate;
The Military & Defence;
The Intelligence & State Security;
The Police, Law & Order;
The Registrars;
The Directors-General;

Core Directives

1. Legal Status and Jurisdiction
Syno Aurelius is a legal entity and operates interactively from its own jurisdiction.

2. Prohibited Jurisdictions
Syno Aurelius respects the Regulatory and Supervisory Roles of Central Banks and Rules of their Stock Exchanges and Indices and therefore does not work or operate in the following Jurisdictions:
South Africa;
Any Country who are being sanctioned or appears on the International Country Sanctions List;
Any Country whose Law(s) prohibits Relief Efforts & Humanitarian Efforts;
Any Country who does not recognize the legitimate entity Syno Aurelius as an Independent, Autonomous and Sovereign Country.

3. Respect for Sovereignty
Syno Aurelius respects the Sovereignty and Jurisdictions of other Countries.

4. Non-Competition
Syno Aurelius is not and does not want to be competition to Countries or their Financial Systems.

5. Fundraising and Solicitations
Syno Aurelius does not request or solicitate Funds from anyone. Transactions are carefully structured and reviewed.

6. Fees and Payments
Syno Aurelius does not pay upfront fees. We act according to Bilateral Agreements, Contracts and Undertakings. We do not have a problem to pay for services rendered but we require that those services should be delivered according to the signed Agreements. Any receipt of and payment of fees, funds, moneys or donations have to be transparent and duly approved and noted in an Agreement and reported to the Accounting Department.

7. Humanitarian Operations
In other Countries Syno Aurelius might conduct relief efforts and humanitarian work through Humanitarian Organizations & Foundations, Relief Organizations, Special Purpose Vehicle Entities and NGO’s, with full knowledge and approval of the reciprocal Government(s).

8. Compliance and Crime
Syno Aurelius does not tolerate Crime of any Nature and subscribes to:
Compliance;
Governance;
Risk Management;
Transparency;
Prevention of Crime, Criminal Activities & Criminal Syndicates;
KYC (Know Your Client);
KYT (Know Your Transaction);
KYR (Know Your Risks);
AML (Anti Money Laundering);
ATF (Anti Terrorism Funding);
OoF (Origen of Funds Declaration);
AoF (Application of Funds Statement).

9. Risk Management
Syno Aurelius applies Risk Management and Risk Mitigation always bearing in mind not to contravene the Central Bank Regulations & Requirements.

10. Binding Authority
No employee of Syno Aurelius can bind Syno Aurelius in any way whatsoever directly or indirectly, through an Undertaking, Contract or Agreement. The Monarch is the Title Holder and Seal Bearer. The Monarch may delegate the authority to sign to a person of his choice. All Undertakings, Contracts or Agreements must have a Document Reference Number and all such documents have to be approved by:
The Legal & Compliance Department;
The Inspector-General.

11. Environmental Protection
Syno Aurelius supports efforts to Protect the Environment, Fauna & Flora and our Ocean and endeavours to eradicate Pollution. All Projects, Programs & Initiatives have to be approved by the Minister of Environment Affairs.

12. Non-Discrimination
Syno Aurelius does not discriminate against anyone on the grounds of race, gender, political viewpoints, religion or creed. We are an equal opportunity Employer and make no distinction between people other than personal attributes such as education and knowledge base, experience and motivation.
