State President’s Proclamation

In humble submission to Almighty God;
Who controls the destinies of nations and the history of peoples;
Who gathers people together?
Who guides them from generation to generation?
Who wondrously delivers them from all dangers that beset them;

I,Dr.Monja Roindefo Zafitsimivalo,
the Executive President of the Constitutional Monarchy of the State of Syno Aurelius;

On behalf of the people of Syno Aurelius;
Declare that we are anxious to proclaim a newly found constitutional monarchy, the
monarchy of Syno Aurelius, a sovereign independent State.
I therefore declare and undertake that:
We at all times will be conscious of our responsibility towards God and man;
We are convinced of the necessity to stand united;
To safeguard the integrity and freedom of our country;
To secure the maintenance of law and order;
To further the contentment and spiritual and material welfare of all in our midst;
To employ equal rights and equal opportunities for all, without fear or prejudice;
We are prepared to accept our duty to seek world peace in association with all peace-
loving nations;
We are charged with the task of founding the Constitutional Monarchy of Syno Aurelius
and giving it a constitution best suited for it;
I thus hereby, proclaim the Independent, Sovereign, Constitutional Monarchy of Syno
Aurelius and all its State Organs as a Country.
