4. Ceremonial

Syno Aurelius is a Constitutional Monarchy. The reigning Monarch is the Ceremonial Leader of the Country. The Monarch is the Title Holder and Seal Bearer of Syno Aurelius.

5. Secretary of State & Chief of Staff

The Secretary of State is the Chief of Staff and Primicerius. He is the Official link between the Monarch and the State President. The position of the Secretary of State is similar to the Chief Adjutant of Syno Aurelius.

6. Senior Executive Committee

The Senior Executive Committee is an Standing Advisory Committee to assist the Monarch and the State President in matters of importance.
